Beginnings

Hello there!

When I started with oil paintings I didn’t have anything. No easel, bad brushes and only some basic cheap colors I ordered online. My brushes were old ones I found in the garage and the easel? Well have a look at it yourself: A chair with a bigger painting. And it was enough! You don’t need that much to start.

This fits to everything in life basically. If you want to start with sports and think you need an expensive set let me tell you that’s just an excuse. Maybe you are the kind of person who needs this sort of motivation and there’s nothing wrong with it! But for most of the people it’s a waste of money at the beginning.

Just create with whatever you got at home!:)

This was back in 2020. At the beginning when the pandemic started. I had a lot of time and used it. The time where I was also interested in plants out of nowhere. Crazy times.

My mum secretly made a picture of me. Isn’t this the most artist-looking picture?? :D

By the way, this was one of my first oil paintings! I watched a yt tutorial on how to paint it and that was the result. The artist is Trent Gudmundsen! I recommended him a lot already and I won’t get tired of it. He’s amazing!
