about the artist
Starting with drawings at a young age, Lilly nowadays mostly paints with oil on canvas. She creates her art like a diary. Each piece refers to a travel memory or the way she felt in that moment. Her oil paintings are a way to say what she thinks by showing aspects of her own life like self-portraits or portraits of loved ones. Since 2022 she also makes digital art.
She is inspired by learning from others, especially the old masters. By painting many reproductions she sharpened her skills and was able to understand the artists.
2022 she got accepted in an art organization in Germany and is an active member since then.
Lilly now studies business psychology at university and works in marketing. She still accepts custom orders since she loves to be creative.
